China to further improve business environment

BEIJING -- The Chinese government will step up efforts to improve the business environment, with measures to streamline government administration, enhance regulation and services, and give a bigger say to the market.
"More energy will be channeled into stimulating market vitality and improving people's enthusiasm and creativity," according to a State Council meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang Wednesday.
