Lawmaker says HK Democracy Act likely to have little impact

The psychological impact of the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act is greater than its actual impact, said lawmaker Felix Chung Kwok-pan, leader of the Liberal Party. He told China Daily that the US won't make any big moves as US and Hong Kong businesses are closely interconnected.
