Hong Kong official 'filled with patriotism' for representing China at UN meetings

Hong Kong Chief Secretary for Administration Matthew Cheung Kin-chung shared with China Daily his two experiences representing Hong Kong and the nation at the United Nations Human Rights Council, when he addressed the group.
"When I prepared for the occasion, I was filled with patriotism because I felt honored to represent the nation," he said.
