Kazakhstan and the UAE Strengthen cooperation in digitalization and AI, DKNews.kz reports.

Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates Rauan Zhumabek met with Omar bin Sultan Al Olama, UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of digitalization, digital economy and artificial intelligence. Special attention was given to the discussion of the issue of Kazakhstani specialists entering the UAE market.

The Kazakh Ambassador informed that on September 8 this year, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered his annual Address, the quintessence of which was the development of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. In the implementation of which, in the near future, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development is planned to be set up in Kazakhstan.

At the same time, the Kazakh diplomat informed about the planned participation of Kazakhstan in the Biggest Technology Exhibition GITEX Global 2025, which will be held in Dubai from October 13 to 17 this year.

In turn, the Minister expressed interest in further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the areas entrusted to him.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to actively cooperate within the framework of the agreements reached.
