Legoland Shanghai Resort launches autumn festival activities

Legoland Shanghai Resort launched a series of autumn-themed activities on Saturday, offering visitors an immersive theme park experience rich with festive cultural elements, according to the resort on Friday.
The seasonal program, named golden autumn family carnival, runs in two phases, with the first focusing on Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations from Sept 20 to Oct 8, followed by a "brick or treat monster party" themed celebration from Oct 11 to Nov 9.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival period, visitors who purchase the "Building Together for Reunion" package or activity voucher can participate in special brick-building sessions, creating Lego versions of traditional items such as mooncakes, jade rabbits and peaches.
The resort's Monkie Kid themed land, a global first inspired by the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West, will showcase festive decorations and host traditional cultural activities including lantern riddles and arrow throwing games. Visitors can also meet new character appearances featuring Monkie Kid and Mei.
The resort has introduced special edition mooncakes in three flavors, along with themed dining options including customized birthday pizzas and character-shaped cookies. Personalized merchandise, such as Lego minifigures and custom-engraved cups and luggage tags, will also be available.
