We have obtained new evidence showing that the Philippines' so-called "supply mission" on Sept 16 was in fact a carefully planned provocation.
According to a detailed map from the South China Sea Strategic Situation Probing Initiative, around 30 Philippine fishing boats lingered 35–40 nautical miles from China's Huangyan Island. Meanwhile, Philippine government vessels bypassed them and headed straight toward the island. Vessel 3014, for instance, came dangerously close — just 10.38 nautical miles away.
If the real purpose was to resupply fishermen, why were government ships sailing closer to Huangyan Island and farther away from the fishing fleet? The truth is obvious: this "supply mission" was never about helping fishermen. It was a cover for illegal intrusion into China's territory.
