Euro-Asia Economic Forum opens in Xi'an

The 2025 Euro-Asia Economic Forum opened in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, on Tuesday, bringing together officials and industry experts from 40 countries to co-build a new pattern for sustainable development.
The countries include Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia.
The three-day event includes 13 sub-forums on topics ranging from mining investment and logistics to youth dialogue and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as cultural exchanges and trade promotion. It will also launch a report about Eurasian economic observation under the joint effort to promote the Belt and Road Initiative.
