Grid Coffee highlights Yunnan beans

As autumn arrives, coffee chain Grid Coffee has unveiled its third annual Yunnan Origin Season, continuing its exploration of the province's premium coffee-growing regions. The initiative aims to highlight the diversity of Yunnan coffee beans while introducing consumers to the origin's cultural and flavor richness.
This year, the chain has launched three specialty coffee beans from Yunnan, alongside its signature "Yingge 2025". Sourced from Qiupo Estate, the "Yingge" marks the second year of collaboration between Grid Coffee and the estate.

Grown in the Yunling Mountains at elevations above 1,700 meters, the beans benefit from cool mountain air and mist, as well as significant day-night temperature swings that bring out natural sweetness. The coffee features rich subtropical fruit notes, including naturally ripened mango and sweet jackfruit, with bright acidity and smooth finish — evoking the vibrant fruit markets of Xishuangbanna.
Priced between 30 and 36 yuan ($4.2-5.1), the five limited-edition products have driven an almost 30 percent increase in overall revenue since the launch, reflecting strong market demand for Yunnan specialty coffee.
In early September, Grid Coffee hosted a "China Yunnan Origin Season" sharing event in Beijing, introducing the new offerings and engaging coffee enthusiasts with stories from the Yunnan estates.
