Venice Carnival Chairman: Chinese elements on stage a natural pick

This year, a Chinese cultural performance took center stage at St. Mark's Square during the Venice Carnival.
"We in Venice still love — really love — the Chinese people and Chinese culture," said Cav. Uff. Massimo Andreoli, chairman of the Venice Carnival. He notes that while Marco Polo brought Chinese culture, language, and more back to Venice, it's natural for him to feature Chinese elements on stage.
