Technical experts to ensure rail safety

Bai Yongcai from Yuci Railway Station has taken the lead in setting up a "skills master" studio to improve train allocations. Yuan weakens against greenback

The central parity rate of the Chinese currency renminbi, or the yuan, weakened 20 pips to 7.0856 against the US dollar on Monday, according to the China Foreign Exchange Trade System.
