Nantong Vocational University's intl students shine in multiple competitions

The international students from Nantong Vocational University in East China's Jiangsu province recently carried home several awards at three contests.
During the Jiangsu finals of the eighth SFLEP Cup National College Students' Intercultural Competence Contest, a team of three NTVU students — Yang Pitiphon, Chongkoua Herlee, and Nghifikepunye Willem Ilenikuye — won first place in the international student division.

At the 2025 BRICS Skills Competition in the China region, two students from NTVU's School of Digital Creativity, Yu Qi and Liu Mengya, won third place in Virtual Simulation of Landscape Gardening Construction. In addition, Wittenbach Shendeny and Cornelius Roquelle Amira from the School of International Cooperation & Education secured fourth place.

Alweendo Abraham Ndeshipanda Ndeumona from NTVU secured first place in the sixth Adjustment and Maintenance Technology of Industrial Robots (International Group) at the 2025 Belt & Road and BRICS Competition of Skills Development and Technology Innovation. The school also received the Best Organization Prize at the event.
These achievements not only validate NTVU's excellence in international education but also emphasize its comprehensive efforts to nurture international students. Looking ahead, NTVU is dedicated to further motivating its faculty to improve teaching standards, broaden global perspectives, and actively pursue teaching reform and innovation. This will offer strong support for developing more high-quality international professionals.
