Entrepreneurship-boosting industry

This emerging industry is to serve people who want to start up their own businesses, scale up and finance.

The government report said it will help people pool ideas and talents through a synergy of business startups, innovation and the Internet Plus.

Platforms will be created for crowd innovation, crowd support, crowd sourcing and crowd funding, and mechanisms will be built to encourage new types of business startups and innovation-making through cooperation between enterprises, institutions of higher learning, research institute, and makers.
