Phil Murtaugh has been appointed CEO of the Qoros Automotive Co, a young global carmaker headquartered in China, new board chairman Chen Anning said.
Murtaugh was previously executive vice-president of SAIC Motor Group, president of General Motors China, and Asia-Pacific CEO of Chrysler Group LCC.
