BEIJING: Sinopec Group, China's largest oil refiner, announced Wednesday that it had got approval from the National Development and Reform Commission of an 8.27 billion Canadian dollar (US$7.51 billion) bid for taking over Geneva-based oil and gas producer Addax Petroleum Corp.
