ChiNext stocks slide by 10% on opening Monday

Twenty-seven of 28 stocks, the first batch of stocks listed on the ChiNext market, fell by the 10 percent limit today on opening, according to hexun.com.

ChiNext, China's NASDAQ-style market, was launched on October 23 and began trading on October 30, when 28 stocks rose 106.23 percent on average.
