澳門特區(qū)政府全力打造陽光政府形象，澳門終審法院19日在其網(wǎng)站首次公布了被稱作“陽光法”的《財(cái)產(chǎn)及利益申報法律制度》，包括行政長官、主要官員、行政會成員、立法會議員、司法官及各局級官員等400人已申報財(cái)產(chǎn)。

Authorities at the Macao Special Administrative Region for the first time declared the personal assets of officials and other high-ranking public servants on Saturday in a move to further intensify its anti-graft efforts.

為了進(jìn)一步加大反腐力度，澳門特別行政區(qū)政府于周六首次公布了官員和高級別公務(wù)員的個人財(cái)產(chǎn)。

官員“申報個人財(cái)產(chǎn)”可用to declare/report personal assets來表示，收到申報后由相關(guān)部門“公布”也可以用declare表示，當(dāng)然用to make the personal assets of officials public表示也無不可。此次參與財(cái)產(chǎn)申報的澳門官員包括行政長官（Chief Executive）、行政會成員（administrative office directors）、立法會議員（members of the Legislative Assembly）、司法官及各局級官員（chiefs and deputy chiefs with government departments and public enterprises）等，申報的財(cái)產(chǎn)不包括不動產(chǎn)價值（value of real estate）和配偶財(cái)產(chǎn)（personal assets of their spouses）等數(shù)據(jù)。

現(xiàn)任澳門特首崔世安在2009年就職時曾承諾建立一個陽光政府（a government under the sunshine）和廉潔政府（clean government）。此次公布官員財(cái)產(chǎn)為其具體舉措的一部分。

中央政府近幾年也在通過公布政府部門“三公經(jīng)費(fèi)”（public spending on government cars、overseas trips and official receptions）以及在部分省市試行官員財(cái)產(chǎn)申報等措施加大反腐力度。
