The Third Shenyang Rice Culture Festival and the Fifth Sibo Minority Ethnicity Culture Festival kicked off at Xinglongtai Sibo Town, Shenbei New District in Shenyang, capital city of northeast China's Liaoning Province on Aug. 31, 2015. The festival is themed with "Happiness and Abundance", which is also what straw in Chinese represents.
