2015 Hangzhou Art Festival was held in Phoenix YuYuan art base on Nov. 28 in Hangzhou, capital city of east China's Zhejiang Province. People who dressed like ancient emperors, queens and ministers walked in the street and gave several fantastic palace dramas to the public.

Visitors could experience the intangible cultural heritages in the booths of Zhang Xiaoquan's scissors, Xiaoshan embroidery, Hangzhou machine embroidery, Xixi basket, which presented many classic cultural handcrafts that are passed down from the ancient time and are popular in modern society.
