Andy Lau is film centennial ambassador

由第五屆華語電影傳媒大獎評選出的“中國百部電影”、“中國百位導演”和“中國百位明星”在海內(nèi)外引起了廣泛討論。近日，劉德華應組委會邀請，出任“中國電影百年形象大使”，代言中國百年電影各項活動，出席于3月20日在廣州舉行的第五屆華語電影傳媒大獎暨中國電影百年精英盛會，并代表中國百年電影精英在頒獎禮上致詞。

Hong Kong singer and actor Andy Lau has been crowned ambassador for the 5th Chinese Film Media Award, which will be held on March 20th in south China's Guangzhou city.

The award evening will be a gala event to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Chinese film.

Andy Lau will deliver a speech at the ceremony on behalf of hundreds who work in the industry.

The multi-award winning star says he is honored to be speaking at the centennial gala.

Andy Lau is a 20-year veteran of the Hong Kong film scene, with a total of 120 movies and 17 acting awards.
