British Prime Minister Tony Blair has arrived in Beijing for the annual EU-China summitovershadowedby a trade dispute over textile quotas.
Blair will attend the summit Monday as part of Britain's turn at the rotating presidency of the 25-nation European Union before holding talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao and Prime Minister Wen Jiabao.
