Man fakes kidnapping to splurge on younger lover

The man, from Hui'an, Fujian province, told his brother-in-law he was kidnapped and the abductors wanted 30,000 yuan to spare his life. But he really wanted the money to buy gifts for the woman. Xu fell in love with the woman, Li, six months ago and use his 1,000 yuan monthly wages on her. Li began to lose interest in him when he ran short of cash.
