 Agyness Deyn takes top spot on Tatler's Best Dressed list

After two years at the top of Tatler's best dressed list, supermodel Kate Moss has been toppled by rising star Agyness Deyn.
The 25-year-old, who was famously spotted while working in a fish and chip shop, secured the top spot in the annual chart, with Moss coming in second place.
