A mural entitled "Prosperous Tang dynasty greets guests" debuted on Monday at Daming Palace, Xi'an, reported Xinhua News Agency.

A mural entitled "Prosperous Tang dynasty greets guests"

The mural describes the historical picture of friendly exchanges between the Tang dynasty ( AD 618-907 ) and other contemporary nations at its peak.

The mural, created by Yue Yu, a professor of Northwest University, is 13 meters long and 6 meters high.
