Abstract:
The rapid expansion of the mobile communication in China has offered a historical opportunity to the manufacture industry of the cellular phones. Based on the dual-character of the cell phone and vertical division of labor in this industry, the whole sector especially the domestic brands have witnessed a rapid development. Government policies have been supportive in the meantime. Under the new condition, China's domestic cell phone enterprises should adopt an international strategy and the government policies should also make appropriate adjustment.
