Kids send family's income up in smoke
Children playing with firecrackers accidentally set fire to 2,000 kilograms of cotton worth almost 20,000 yuan ($3,150).
The owner, Yang Chunhua, said he and his wife were very sad because the cotton was their annual income, and all their hard work and money had gone up in smoke.
Qiu Hua, a lawyer from Huaping Law Firm in Hubei province, said the guardian of the children should bear the responsibility for compensation.
