China's top off-road drivers will be bound for Inner Mongolia autonomous region when Xilinhaote City hosts the Dazhuangyuan Cup China off-road championships from Aug 8-11. About 100 drivers will light up the city - known as 'China's Capital of Horses' - in one of the nation's three biggest automobile races.
