The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs sent a delegation to Belarus, Ukraine, and Italy, led by deputy administrator Zhou Changkui, from October 8 to November 17.

The delegation visited universities in these countries, including Belarusian State University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and the Royal Turin Polytechnic. The delegation also visited the Research & Development Center of Huawei in Milan.

The delegation learned about the cooperation between these institutions and Chinese institutions, and gathered their advice on sending experts to work in China.

The delegation also visited the Chinese embassies in Ukraine and Italy and learned about the conditions of technology, education, and professionals in these countries.
