Wang Fang, a donator of hematopoietic stem cells from Karamay, accepts an interview in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, on Dec 28. Wang donated his blood stem cells to a patient in Beijing on Dec 25, becoming the city’s fifth donator. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an efficient way to treat leukemia.
