Hong Kong's favorite new resident, a giant inflatable duck by Dutch conceptual artist Florentijn Hofman, collapsed after some of its parts broke Tuesday night in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor, xinhuanet.com reported. The giant yellow duck, which is 18 meters in length, and 15 meters high and wide, has visited 12 cities in the world, including Osaka, Sydney, Sao Paolo and Amsterdam since 2007. The Rubber Duck needs to take a rest and is likely to come back in a better state soon, according to a joking comment.
據新華網報道，香港最受喜愛的"新居民"——荷蘭概念藝術家弗洛倫泰因·霍夫曼創作的巨型充氣橡皮鴨因多處破損，于14日晚在香港維多利亞港倒下了。這只巨型黃色鴨子長18米、高和寬都是15米。自2007年以來，已經到訪過包括大阪、悉尼、圣保羅以及阿姆斯特丹在內的12座城市。對此有人玩笑稱，橡皮鴨要休息一下，相信很快會以最好的狀態和大家見面的。
