NDRC focuses on transformation of six major manufacturing areas
The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) recently published an article saying that six major manufacturing areas accelerated industrialization in 2015, which helped transform and upgrade China’s manufacturing industry.
According to the Notice on Key Projects to Strengthen the Competence of the Manufacturing Industry, the following six major areas will be prioritized for further development: rail transit facilities, high-end ship & marine engineering equipment, industrial robots, new energy vehicles, modern agricultural facilities, high-end medical equipment and medications.
The transformation and upgrading of these six major manufacturing areas is crucial to strengthening the competence of this industry and creating influential Chinese brands. NDRC will follow global industry development trends, and focus on key intelligent technology research and perfecting the certification system in China.
