In a eulogy published in the Orlando Sentinel on Sunday, Cindy Anthony also says granddaughter Caylee "now has her angel wings and will be watching over so many other children."

Cindy Anthony says donations have been made on Caylee's behalf to organizations that help children, such as Toys for Tots and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. She says the family will establish a foundation in Caylee's name.

Caylee was 2 when she disappeared last summer. Her remains were found Dec. 11.

Her mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with killing her.

The memorial service is set for Tuesday.
