4 dead, 2 injured after car crash in East China's Shandong

JINAN -- Four people were killed and two others were injured on Monday in a road accident in Juancheng county, East China's Shandong province, local public security bureau said Monday.
The accident happened around 2:13 pm when a car collided with an electric bicycle running a red light and then hit two tricycles on the roadside. The car driver has been controlled by police and was ruled out for drunk or drug-impaired driving.
The two injured, including the car driver, have been hospitalized and are in non-life-threatening conditions.
Further investigation is underway.
