More than 300 guests from across the nation attended the ceremony.
Shaanxi Opera, one of the representative works of Jia Pingwa, a famous contemporary Chinese writer, once won the 7th Maodun Literature Award. It is said to be an epic of Chinese rural areas.
About 150 million yuan ($23.8 million) is planned to be put in Shaanxi Opera. The screenwriter is Lu Wei, a famous playwright. Zhao Jiping, a famous composer, writes the music for the film. Meanwhile, the TV of Shaanxi Opera will be started simultaneously with the film. About 50 million yuan will be invested.
During the ceremony, the forum of China's first spiritual home was held. Twelve guests showed their views towards China's spiritual home, and signed the declaration of China's spiritual home, Xi'an resonance.
