Hemlines go up for restaurant discount
A hotpot restaurant in Jinan, Shandong province, offered ladies wearing short skirts a solid discount of up to ninety percent off.
The restaurant defines short skirts as those with hems at least eight centimeters above the knees, which would receive 20 percent off. Ladies with hems over 33 centimeters above the knees would get a 90 percent discount.
